Redpost Equestrian is a popular and leading equestrian retailer based in the South West, serving customers in the UK and internationally.

We have a forward thinking mindset combining digital solutions with a traditional customer focused approach. We employ over 50 people across a range of departments and have seen strong growth in recent years. Now approaching 100,000 followers across its social platforms and a similar amount of newsletter subscribers we are in a prime position for continued growth and expansion.

About the role

Redpost Equestrian is looking for a senior level professional ( with a salary to match) to lead their fast-paced, award-winning marketing team.

Are you:

  • A digital native with creative flair, attention to detail, and excellent networking, negotiating, and copy-writing skills?
  • Adaptable with learning new systems, with an analytical mindset and experience across a variety of digital platforms?
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage a busy workload, who enjoys working both autonomously and within a team?
  • A confident negotiator, personable and friendly to work closely with both internal and external teams?

If you find yourself answering yes to all of the above then this role could be just for you. This is a varied role with a fun and ambitious team with plenty of potential for growth.

A strong equestrian background is essential for this role and an interest in pets and/or country fashion would be beneficial.

The role involves the co-ordinating and strategy of the following aspects;

Digital Marketing

Brand Marketing

eCommerce

Leadership

Salary: A senior level salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

Location: Ideally office based at Redpost HQ, Devon (TQ9 6NG), however a hybrid arrangement could be considered.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
