Over the past 40 years, Frank Baines has become the saddle of choice for discerning equestrians, from elite riders to amateur enthusiasts, across multiple disciplines, in more than 30 countries.

We are looking for a talented and energetic equestrian with at least 2 years marketing experience, and a particular passion for building exceptional brands, to join our Midland’s-based team. We have ambitious plans for growth and our new Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in shaping the future success of our business. In addition to Frank Baines Saddlery, you’ll also be responsible for up-and-coming sister-brand, Coleman Baines, selling a prestigious range of beautifully designed and perfectly crafted country and sporting pursuits goods.

You will join our family-owned and run business at a particularly exciting time in our history, working alongside the owners to translate their exciting vision into a tangible plan to help grow our brands around the world.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and refreshing the brands and serving as the brand guardian

  • Planning and implementing results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns across our portfolio of products

  • Creating engaging and persuasive content which delivers results, both organic and paid for

  • Reviewing and relaunching our international ambassador program

  • Managing our websites and all social media platforms

  • Conducting market research

  • Building relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets

  • Managing the creative process for digital, print and point of sale

  • Supporting at public and trade events

  • Engaging with stockists

  • Assisting with product development and associated launches / relaunches

  • Planning and assisting with photoshoots and video production

  • Producing regular reports to monitor and communicate marketing performance.

 Our ideal candidate is:

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the equestrian world

  • Skilled in managing brand identity and enhancing awareness

  • Results oriented and commercially minded, but with a strong focus on customer experience

  • A persuasive communicator with superb writing skills

  • Creative but detail oriented

  • Experienced in delivering successful social media campaigns, both organic and paid for

  • Highly organised, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and efficiently deliver high quality work.
