We are currently seeking a confident new team member to join us for the role of Sales & Customer Service Executive.
The Sales and Customer Service Executive is responsible for customer service, sales support and general sales activities to support the growth of the business through its wholesale, retail, and distributor channels.
You will liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone, and email
Drive up average order values by upselling and assisting customers with their queries
Identify and secure new sales opportunities
The role involves a high level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency because of the volumes that can arise.
Key Skills and Experience
Positive customer relations to ensure business relationships are maintained and developed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Commercial aptitude and salesmanship
Capable of working alone and from own initiative, along with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
Calm under pressure.
Good written English skills
Hands-on with a willingness to assist with any requirement of the company for any department should it be required
Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous office / customer service / sales experience is required for this role.
The role is primarily desk / phone / zoom based with the successful candidate travelling to meet key accounts when required.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week to be spent in the Head office in Brinkworth SN15 the remainder of the time can be working from home or travelling to see clients when required.
