LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a Product Trainer looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 150-strong global team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside our sales team to achieve product expertise and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

Are you an equestrian enthusiast with a background in sales/sales training…then this may just be the role for you. Due to the continued growth of our business and product ranges, we are looking to hire an experienced sales trainer to offer product training to both Lemieux Employees and our B2B customers. This is a key role, helping to enhance knowledge of the LeMieux product ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering engaging and effective training that empowers LeMieux employees and our B2B customers alike.

  • Through collaboration with our product designers, you will act as the in-house product expert providing guidance on the finer technical details as well as the practical applications of the equestrian products.

  • Aligning with internal stakeholders, and our customer’s sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent product training is delivered, irrespective of the product, customer and their preferred disciplines.

  • Liaising with experienced competition riders, grooms and sales staff as well as adapting training to suit the non-equestrian department specialists.

  • Forward planning to guarantee the training is delivered at the optimal time ahead of regular seasonal launches to ensure sales, customer service and shop staff are fully equipped to inspire customers and provide sound advice.

  • Providing training both in person, across national and international locations, as well as remotely where appropriate.

  • Working collaboratively with our creative and graphic design team to produce visually engaging and informative literature that supports and promotes our brand guidelines.

  • Attending national and international trade shows to support our B2B customers on representing LeMieux.

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay abreast of competitor and market trends.

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent organisational and forward planning skills.

  • Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate.

  • Solid IT skills, including the use of MS Power Point

  • Customer focused mentality with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Ability to adapt presentation style to suit the target audience.

  • Equestrian background is essential. Competition/grooming experience preferred.
