Salary: £35,000 - £42,500 depending on experience

Location: Office Based, North Wiltshire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Holiday: 21 Days + BH + Day Off on your birthday

Keyflow exists because horses rely on us to transform their health and performance through nutrition. We are a rapidly expanding company, currently based the on Marlborough Downs. We have a current opportunity to join our team as Operations Manager. This is a key role reporting to the Managing Director

  • The successful candidate will be heading up our Operations Team,

  • Providing a support network for any internal and external enquiries.

  • The role also requires maintenance of the supply chain,

  • Managing and negotiating logistics and haulage.

  • Good computer skills are essential using Inventory, CRM and online file keeping, whilst keeping accurate records at all times.

 About You:

  • You will have experience working in a leadership role directly in operations, logistics or manufacturing.

  • You have high personal motivation, who also enjoys working as part of a wider team within a fast-paced, shapeshifting environment.

  • You are personable, resilient and a natural leader, with excellent communication skills.

  • You’ll be highly efficient, organised, accurate and have strong influencing skills whilst retaining the ability to remain calm under pressure and a knack for bringing order to complex situations.

  • You will have core management skills and be enthusiastic in your management style of warehouse and office based staff. The ideal candidate would look to continuously improve, progress and implement change where necessary.

  • You will have significant experience in planning, forecasting and execution of inventory management and control, demonstrating you proven track record of successfully operating a complex supply chain. You will also take charge of analysing supply chain data with a view to efficiency improvement. 

  • You will be confident with various IT packages including manufacturing and inventory management software and most importantly you will be highly proficient with spreadsheets and leveraging data tools. You will be highly detailed and organised, following and creating SOPs which are the backbone of this role.
