What we need them to do?

Be a passionate, equestrian, great communicator, enjoy building relationships, growing their customer base and have a good awareness of lead generation to support and grow the membership base for Harry Hall.  Have a flexible approach to their working hours and be highly motivated. Well organised to plan their days effectively to promote and sign up the One Club Membership at yards, events and equestrian centres in the south.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provides information to new customer prospects on Harry Hall Insurance Products and One Club Membership
  • Assists new members/insurance customers by processing their purchase via the Harry Hall on-line portal.
  • Following up enquires to generate leads to grow the number of yards supporting the One Club and increase awareness.
  • Prospect file reviews, maintains customer/prospect records by updating account information.
  • Handling queries, providing customers with any necessary information they need to purchase the membership/Insurance.
  • Actively promotes the harryhall.com web site, retail products and the wider membership benefits.
  • Sign posting to the in house customer service team when required.
  • Puts the customer at the heart of what they do ensuring the right outcome for the customer
  • Participate and embrace staff training and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes when signing and promoting the membership and insurance.

 KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A keen equestrian
  • Previous experience as a successful area manager or field rep
  • Equestrian knowledge in 2 or more disciplines
  • A social media presence would be desirable for lead building
  • Acts with high levels of integrity, puts the customer at the heart of what they do
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, questioning and listening skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • Full driving license
  • A polite and friendly manner
