We are looking for a team member to join our administrative office based team from our Head Quarters in Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.

The role will include, but not be limited to, a variety of tasks including:

  • Supporting our team of 9 vets

  • Organising the clinic and ambulatory diary efficiently

  • Taking phone calls and client queries in a fast paced environment

  • Booking pre purchase examinations

  • Processing and sending lab samples and results

  • Uploading and sending diagnostic images

  • Ordering office supplies and resources

  • Preparing prescriptions for clients and vets

  • Taking payment face to face and over the phone

  • Liaising with the nursing team

The successful person will:

  • Be friendly, professional and confident dealing with clients both over the phone and in person

  • Work well in a team with the ability to use thier own initiative where required

  • Consistently pay close attention to detail

  • Have excellent punctuality and time management skills

  • Have the ability to multi-task

  • There will be progression opportunities for the right candidate

  • Veterinary / equestrian experience desired but not essential

The role is Full time, Permanent

Office hours Monday to friday with 1 in 4 saturday mornings on a rota basis

Salary dependant upon experience
