Elite Stallions (UK) Ltd is the UK’s leading broker of sports horse semen for the international competition and breeding community. The sector is niche and whilst knowledge of equestrian business or horses in general is useful, it is not necessary. Semen is ordered online by clients who have their own accounts, payments are largely taken over the phone or through the existing system. Shipments are managed from departure in Europe to destinations in the UK and Ireland. Reconciliation of events and transactions through the system is key to manage each client’s journey and account.
The role involves:
E-commerce, CRM development and maintenance, web design and integration
Heading up department for Elite Stallions (UK) Ltd.
Location: Zeal Monachorum, Devon. Easily accessible for Crediton and Exeter. Driving license desirable, public transport not an option. The role is office based.
Your day to day role will involve:
Carry out testing and evaluation of the websites.
Support internal teams with the rollout of new functionality, platforms and features across our sites
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve data/website/functionality issues and liaise directly with customers and teams
Hep improve the overall user site experience and play and active part in optimising user journeys and maximise onsite conversion rates.
Help configure onsite, content, marketing campaigns and other promotional activity
Use Google Analytics and other tools, to help identify appropriate site developments and improve site engagement
You will need to be:

We would like:
Previous experience working with Cloudways
Commercial experience within an e-commerce environment
Strong interpersonal skills including time management, logical approach, great communication
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent general PC literacy, excel, powerpoint, word, dreamweaver etc
Natural ability to use a variety of web tools, applications and software.
Capable of extensive use of analytics, Zoho, Mailchimp, Dotmailer, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Console and other CMS platforms
Wide range of digital skills and experience, knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, UX Design, SQL, PPC, Regex, Bizagi, AB testing and online marketing
