We are looking for someone who is passionate about equine events, and wants to get hands on experience of all that goes into organising and running a range of events from unaffiliated competitions right up to International FEI events.

Working alongside the Equine Events Coordinator you will assist in the planning and delivery of our varied events programme, in addition you will also support the Equine Department with any administration duties such as actioning enquiries through various channels.

We are offering the opportunity to gain a Stewarding qualification with BS, BD, or BE as part of this role too.

Role Responsibillities

  • Provide effective and efficient administration for the Commercial Equine department.

  • Undertake a range of administrative and support duties to ensure the planning and delivery of events is successful, including attendance at events when required (including some weekends).

  • Provide a prompt, courteous reception for internal and external customers, actioning enquiries (face to face, on the phone and email).

  • Support the maintenance and development of efficient working practices, accurate databases and provide information for reporting upon request.

  • Preparation of all events to include lifting and carrying equipment.

  • Events mean that regular weekend and evening work is required

  • Take part in all staff College events such as Spring Live.
