We are hiring! Weatherbeeta is growing around the world and we are looking for an eCommerce Manager for the UK to join the team and be based remotely in the UK & with occasional travel to our site in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

Weatherbeeta is a family owned global business founded in Australia and the world-wide leader in equestrian products for the horse and rider. We have been in the UK for over 25 years & the USA for over 20 years. Our enviable portfolio of brands includes market leaders WeatherBeeta, Dublin and Collegiate. While our heartland is equestrian, we also have an emerging pet products business.

At Weatherbeeta, we are proud of our track record in developing talent and promoting from within but we do occasionally look to add colleagues to our strong team. This role is to take ownership for our brands and online sales through our UK storefront and make a real impact within our ambitious
company. If you have an equestrian background, strong analytical skills and proven eCommerce skills, this role would be perfect for you.
There would be support and coaching available for the right candidate, enabling you to develop in the role and become a key member of our Company. What you will need are excellent organisational abilities, be customer focused, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast paced continually changing environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Day to day running of the eCommerce website for UK to deliver strong commercial revenues
  • eCommerce metrics across our UK Storefronts
  • Improving the quality of the store front shopper experience across our UK Online Storefronts,while making it as efficient and cost effective as possible for Weatherbeeta
  • Be the online expert for colleagues across the business for UK


The successful applicant will have proven eCommerce experience as well as:

  • Good people skills to influence colleagues and third parties
  • Ability to be proactive, set clear priorities and deliver them
  • Ability to plan and organize delivery of projects
  • Jobholder should be seen as a potential role model for Weatherbeeta competencies


Working as part of the UK/USA eCommerce team, you will be responsible for:

  • The look & feel of our brands on in our UK eCommerce store
  • Day to day running of the eCommerce website for UK to deliver strong commercial revenues
  • eCommerce metrics across our UK Storefront
  • Improving the quality of the store front shopper experience across our UK Online Storefronts,while making it as efficient and cost effective as possible for Weatherbeeta
  • Be the online expert for colleagues across the business for UK
  • Generating insights that help our retail partners be more successful in selling our brands on theirwebstores

Is this you?

This role would suit a candidate:

  • With a passion for delivering a great UX for their shoppers
  • With 2-3 years of commercial experience at least partly gained in an eCommerce environment
  • Who loves getting into the detail of shopper behaviour & eCommerce tools
  • Who has an equine background or knowledge with a thirst to learn more. We are a company of animal lovers with a growing Pet business so a love of dogs would help too!
  • Who is looking for the responsibility of owning an eCommerce storefront & taking it to the next level
  • Is looking for a small company feel within the framework of a global leader in their industry

Flexible Working

Weatherbeeta supports working away from our sites. Home working is common across our business and will be supported for this role. Due to this, any candidates hoping to be considered must have adequate internet and connectivity of at least 18-20 mbps.
A home base in the UK is required to minimise the time differences when running the UK storefront & in working with colleagues across the Northern Hemisphere.
