Salary: £25,000 to £26,500 per annum.

World Horse Welfare is an international charity that improves the lives of horses in the UK and around the world through education, campaigning, and hands-on care.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Officer this role within the fundraising team will aim to realise World Horse Welfare’s digital fundraising potential, focusing on donor recruitment and stewardship, new donor acquisition, and delivering successful digital fundraising campaigns to maximise the charity’s income.  This is a critical role as the charity seeks to develop its digital fundraising capability. This role is designed to help drive the charity’s fundraising activities across a range of digital channels.

You will assist with the planning, execution and optimisation of the charity’s digital marketing strategy to build lasting connections with supporters and acquire new supporters.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, a team player with great attention to detail.  You will have the ability to plan, execute and review activity and possess an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.  You must have an eye for good design and brand application across a range of channels.

Experience working in a marketing and/or fundraising environment would be advantageous, but is not essential, however a fantastic attitude and common sense are.

A flexible approach to work is essential as you may be required to occasionally work outside of normal office hours and be prepared to travel within the UK staying away from home.

We take great pride in being realistic, compassionate and forward-thinking and the successful applicant will be expected to share these values. We are committed to championing equality and diversity in all aspects of employment and in the services that it provides. We encourage applications from under-represented groups, particularly ethnically diverse communities, LGBTQ+ and disabled people.
