12 months Fixed Term Contract

Circa Starting Salary: £29,000

Based at our HQ near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (Some home working available, but must be commutable to Stoneleigh)

The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.

We are looking for a great team player with strong management skills that has experience of working with volunteers in a fast paced role. You will have great interpersonal skills, experience of managing mutiple activities and events at the same time and excellent IT skills, including experience with social media platforms.

British Riding Clubs (BRC) is a department within the British Horse Society. We have over 28k members and are looking for an Operations Manager to assist in the smooth running of our team. You will be responsible for leading the Operations Team in all their activities, including, memebrship, club affiliation, training and marketing. In addition you will act as the safeguarding conatct for BRC and the stable manager at BRC events.

This role will require some weekend and evening work with stays away when necessary.
