Full Time - 35 hours per week (working hours)

Starting Salary: £23,000

Based at our HQ near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (Agile working arrangments available)

The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.

We are looking for a team player to join our fast paced department, as Accredited Professional Coach Coordinator,  who will help us set the standards whilst looking after the largest equestrian coaching community. We help support thousands of coaches in both freelaance and within a BHS Approved centre market. We are looking for a candidate to facilitate the smooth running of the team whilst  leading with fantasic customer service.

Key skills needed for this exciting role:

  • A high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in customer service facing role

  • Good work ethic and the ability to see a task through to completion

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and databases

  • Be adaptable to work both within a team and individually

  • Good time management skills

  • Knowledge of BHS Education System

Here’s some information on the role….

  • Plan and arrange the Safeguarding courses including candidate numbers.

  • Ensuring the operations team are working to deadlines.

  • Monitor and create content for the APC social media platforms, working collaboratively with the Marketing and Comms department as and when required.

  • Organise and provide support for our Accredited Professional Coach Mentors

  • Oversee and support with the APC renewal proccess.

  • Provide day to day support of the operational support of APC operations.
